Founder and CEO, Tye Bogle, has over 25 years in the hair industry. Stretching from her undergraduate days to corporate America days. She worked in many diverse salons from affluent areas like Manhasset/ Great Neck NY to under privileged etc to have a better understanding of all hair textures and needs. Tye even worked for free... not as an intern but just because a particular salon she wanted to work at was not hiring therefore she offered her services for free. Her skillset and products she concocted to treat, hydrate and nourish clients hair was quickly raved about & they quickly hired her. She went on to be Managing Director of JcPenny Salons, to eventually opening her own salon in a recession for 10 years. Tye Bogle knows what formulas are best for all hair textures due to her expertise, love of hair & caring for people. She has worked on reality shows and been on Dr Oz.
